What qualifications do I need to have for this role?
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years operations, compliance or relevant financial industry experience. Effective written and verbal communications, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Organized, efficient, and able to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently as needed to meet objectives, within constraints and boundaries of the role Detail oriented in order to generate accurate and precise results. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and credit union staff.
Preferences:
Prior experience as an analyst in a financial institution
Skills/Competencies:
Service focused individuals, who prioritize the member and end user experience. Team driven, with willingness and proven ability to work well and collaborate effectively with others. Professional demeanor and effective communication skills. Ability to maintain and promote an ethical and compliant environment.

What is the pay range?
Pay Scale: $25.25-$32.50 (Per Hour)
