Maggi Sun Real Estate is a real estate brokerage firm specializing in property buying and selling in the Greater Seattle area. What You Will Do
- Edit all videos, including YouTube video,shorts, and other cutdowns as needed for digital deployment, including working with website and social media staff to make video assets accessible and available for their uses, including the creation and maintenance of a video asset collection.
- Work independently or with minimal supervision to direct and produce videos, including location scouting, camera, lighting, music soundtrack, audio operations, a-roll, b-roll, and other pre-and post-production work.
- The duties and responsibilities of Video Production (60% of your time), video shooting (20%) of your time, project planning and communication, and other related duties (20% of your time)
- Provide timely feedback on issues encountered during shooting and editing processes and propose solutions to address these issues.
- Who You Are
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, capable of editing videos in both languages.
- Photography experience
- Expert understanding of Adobe suite including Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro or Premier.
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva to create video materials and graphics.
- Interest in the real estate industry is a plus.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, communications, or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional writing, preferably in fundraising, nonprofit, grant writing, or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of and demonstrated ability in shooting video in and out of studio settings.
- Expertise in the use of a variety of digital camera types and video formats.
- Superior understanding of how to work with light and sound in video.
- Well versed in using gimbals and other camera stabilizers to achieve steady shots.
- Proven ability to work well in a team atmosphere and in work environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Strong project management skills. Ability to be mindful of deadlines, show respect for varying skill sets, juggle priorities, and perform a variety of tasks.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time: 20 hours per week. May turn into full-time after 3 months based on performance and team needs.
