Field Operations Specialist The Field Operations Specialist will assist the Superintendent with managing all construction activities on the project site while ensuring compliance with contract documents including the internal policies and procedures related to the project. This role will help administer and monitor the project safety program; perform daily job site walks and manage select self-perform labor and subcontractor operations to ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards. Required Skills Track contractual changes and report changes. Assist in and oversee the preparation of project schedules, quantity tracking, and labor cost reports. Resolve problems as the occur on project sites. Maintain a good knowledge of the contract specifications, documents and the scope of work, including subcontracts and purchase orders. Effective verbal and written communication skills. A self-starter who is highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize. Works well as a team member. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Required Experience High School Degree required Bachelors degree in Construction Management with 0-1 years experience in the construction industry or related fields preferred. Leadership skills with the ability to set goals and meet deadlines.
