You're comfortable working within complex product ecosystems and navigating ambiguityYou have 10+ years of experience in design, with 3 years minimum in team building and managementYou have managed a team of 5+ Designers beforeYou're enthusiastic about collaboration and team-building.You like to move quickly while communicating easily across teamsYou are a respected people manager; You know how to motivate a team even in the most challenging timesYou are able to stand up for shipping a quality productYou make a great thought partner for your cross-functional teamsCompensation The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
