Job Title: Creative Director IIIDescription:Onsite Hybrid - 3 days in the office/2 RemoteAt least 5 years of experience working on large brand campaigns with advertising agencies or internal agencies.Must have expert knowledge of managing a video project from scripting, through post-production, and the ability to present creative to business leaders.Responsibilities:Work independently and proactively. You can take a Brief - or more often, a conversation - and turn it into an idea.Partner with creative team members and Studio Managers in overseeing the creative process throughout the entire project lifecycle.Guide and implement the creative ideation, vision and design feel across multiple channels.Present your work thoroughly and thoughtfully and stand behind every creative decision.Aren't precious about your work. Don't get us wrong - we want passionate Creative thinkers. But we also want Creatives seasoned enough to know when to push back, when to take feedback, and when to move on.Create one-pagers, creative decks & outlines, develop storyboards, write scripts, work closely with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Editorial, and MoGraphCreative Director III - Marketing - TelecommunicationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or Film/TV production-related field.5+ years creative experience with agency, studio, production company, or in-house teamsProven track record of leading teams to deliver bar-raising work across multiple channelsPortfolio of work with examples of leading creative campaigns from strategy to executionStrong copywriting skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas to design, motion graphics and post-production teams.Ability to provide innovative creative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.Have a deep understanding of the editorial process, ideally with a strong background in video post-production and visual storytelling.Have a keen ability to prioritize corporate brand strategy and anticipate stakeholder expectations.
