About the Role:
You will report to the Director of Marketing. You'll have a wide variety of projects - sales presentations, client promotions, ad campaigns, social content, emails, videos, infographics, e-books and more. You're responsible for making our brand personality and visual language sing across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
Execute UPshow's marketing design needs with a keen sense of design and visual storytellingDevelop the overarching design strategyHelp strengthen our brand guidelines and user-friendly design templates, while evolving our visual language and voiceFulfill client requests for custom promotions that will require you to design for many different brands (from Buffalo Wild Wings to ATI Physical Therapy)Participate in brainstorms with our writers, marketers and designers to come up with groundbreaking new ideas that generate new customer leads and brand awarenessKeep up-to-date on design and marketing trends, technology and best practicesQualifications:
Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, advertising or a related fieldStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Experience with the following will get us really excited:Motion design, with skills in Adobe Premiere or AfterEffects preferredVideo production or photographyCopywriting / creative writingPlatforms like Canva, Hubspot, Wordpress, Microsoft OfficeMust have experience designing for businessSubmissions without portfolio links / attachments will not be reviewed.
