Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, including digital marketing campaigns, community outreach, and partnerships.
Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
Manage social media platforms and engage with potential clients and caregivers.
Assist in coordinating and attending marketing events, fairs, and community networking opportunities.
Support office operations by handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and databases, including client information and marketing analytics.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed to support the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or service-related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
Compassionate attitude and understanding of the needs of senior clients and their families.
