What Will You Bring? 5 + years of experience as a UX/UI, Product Designer or a Design Systems Designer Experience in creating and maintaining complex symbols, tokens and libraries in Figma, including design patterns, style guides, and documentation Experience deploying, maintaining, improving, and speaking to a design system across a large organization Advanced understanding of Figma's features for design systems (variables, nested components, modes, etc) Advanced understanding of design principles, design systems, visual language, and interaction guidelines Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, and experience in designing accessible digital products and services Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and understanding of their impact on system design Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
