www.accenture.com/song You are: We seek an Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, especially campaigns across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can work independently and as a team lead, collaborating with writers and designers. You will act as a key team member delivering innovative client solutions, confident in presenting ideas, partnering with clients, and executing across multiple media. Comfort with new tools and technologies such as genAI is essential. The work includes: Collaborating with integrated creative teams on advertising and marketing projects Leading content creation for various briefs across the client’s communication ecosystem Managing, mentoring, and supervising junior creatives to ensure quality standards Participating in new business development and account growth Structuring, presenting, persuading, and defending concepts internally and with clients Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of art direction and/or design experience At least 3 years in an agency or equivalent industry role across all media including digital, social, film, long-form content, and print Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craftsmanship Experience working within a creative agency or similar environment across multiple media Bonus points if you have: Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English Experience with telecommunications, media, and technology clients Experience in scaled agency-of-record engagements Award-winning work recognized by industry awards (OneShow, D&AD, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC) Fluency in social media platforms and trends Experience using GenAI tools like Adobe Firefly in design and ideation A clear point of view on AI and advertising’s future Strong storytelling skills Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience.
