This role is essential in creating a vibrant, enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the guest experience and encourages guest participation and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute daily entertainment programs and activities (e.g., games, sports, arts & crafts, themed evenings, kids activities). Interact actively with guests, encouraging participation and ensuring everyone feels welcome and included. Host or support evening entertainment such as quizzes, karaoke, live shows, or themed parties. Monitor and ensure the safety of guests during all activities. Work closely with other departments (e.g., F&B, Front Office) to coordinate events and enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain activity equipment and areas in clean and working condition. Adapt activities to suit guest demographics and seasonal demand. Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues during activities. Represent the hotels values with a friendly and energetic attitude. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in hospitality, tourism, performing arts, or recreation is a plus. Proven experience in entertainment, recreation, guest relations, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills must be friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with guests of all ages and backgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
