The LA Clippers and the Intuit Dome are looking for an Account Director on the Partnership Marketing team that will bring to life the strategic partnerships we build with key corporate brands from around the globe. As a senior member of the team, the Account Director's primary responsibilities will include servicing founding level partnerships, with an emphasis on delivering innovative and best in class business opportunities for both new and existing clients. You will coordinate all aspects of fulfilling, tracking, and reporting on contractual commitments and will guide your roster of partnerships through the lifecycle of a deal, including upsells and renewal negotiations. You will also oversee at least one team member and be a key collaborator within he organization, spear-heading cross-departmental needs for your accounts.

Due to the nature of our industry, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do Fulfill, activate, and coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned top-tier corporate partnership accounts with a focus on LA Clippers team deliverables + Intuit Dome arena integrations Serve as a team leader and voice of experience to coach and assist other members of the Partnership Marketing Team. Act as corporate marketing consultant to partner contacts to develop and deliver on impactful and measurable sponsorship platforms, understanding the industry landscape, business objectives, challenges, opportunities, etc. Collaborate on the strategy and fulfillment of partnership marketing initiatives with internal and external partners. Measure the effectiveness of assigned sponsorship platforms to demonstrate partner return on investment and ROI using tools such as, Wasserman, independent internal studies, internal and external metrics, etc. Nurture partner relationships at all levels from day-to-day contacts to executive decision makers through regular touchpoints, including but not limited to, email communication, weekly status calls; hospitality and events; pre-season planning, mid-season check-in, and post-season recap meetings, etc. Support the Corporate Partnerships Team as a whole with ownership of partner-centric trackers for organizational verticals such as social and digital media, game presentations, marketing, community relations efforts, signage, proposals, presentation development and special project deliverables to include strategy development, writing and visuals. Contribute directly to department revenue goals by leading with renewals and upsell opportunities.
Your Background, Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of meaningful professional work experience with a sports property, consumer brand, agency, or venue required, preferably in account and/or project management. Sales and corporate marking experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, advertising, or sports management (or similar field) preferred. Digital literacy required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required. Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop preferred. Experience with working in CRM to manage history of account activity, inventory and budgets. Demonstrated ability to be strategic, creative and solution-focused. Ability to establish effective client and interdepartmental relationships, balance multiple client contacts and projects, and drive business. Able to maintain confidentiality and use the upmost discretion when privy to sensitive information. Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and be on-call as necessary. Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution. Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Self-starter and ambitious spirit with hands-on approach towards business. About Intuit Dome:
Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built differentit will redefine fans' expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game and Olympic Basketball in 2028, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.
Compensation The range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The role is classified as exempt.
