Develop and implement regional sales and marketing plans that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.Work with community leadership teams to develop and execute local sales and marketing plans that support occupancy and revenue growth goals.Train and mentor community sales teams to improve their sales skills and ensure they meet or exceed their goals.Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to develop and maintain marketing collateral and ensure consistent branding across all communities.Represent Navion Senior Living at industry trade shows, events, and other marketing activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and marketing metrics and reports for senior management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field5+ years of senior living sales and marketing experience, including management experienceStrong knowledge of the senior living industry and market trendsProven track record of achieving sales goals and growing revenueExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationAbility to travel within the region and occasionally nationally for business meetings, trade shows and eventsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k)PTO for full time positionsShort & Long Term Disability InsuranceLife InsuranceCareer Advancement Opportunities#HPC
