Salem Media Group . Salem Media - Atlanta offers an excellent opportunity for a Media Strategist / Account Executive. We seek a highly motivated sales professional to join our growing on-air and digital sales team. The selected candidate will sell and manage multi-media marketing solutions, including radio, digital, and event sales, targeting local small and medium-sized businesses. Success will be measured by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and developing new business opportunities to meet and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities
Prospect for local and regional businesses, reach decision makers, set meetings, analyze client needs, and develop compelling advertising presentations aligned with client objectives. Research and stay updated on all local digital marketing trends and opportunities. Create and present strategic marketing proposals to key accounts and new business decision makers. Project revenues accurately, meet and surpass monthly budgets across all product lines, and exceed annual targets. Qualifications
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in on-air and online media. Knowledge of digital products and effective marketplace positioning and selling strategies. Experience in selling SEM, SEO, Target Display, OTT/CTV, social media, Email Marketing, Chat, Website Development, etc. Ability to understand various business categories for prospecting new clients. Skills in conducting in-depth needs analysis and providing tailored solutions, supported by data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting multiple solutions to diverse groups. Experience in developing business marketing strategies for local and regional clients. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work effectively with diverse clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new prospecting and market insight software (e.g., Miller Kaplan, Compass Borrell, Nielsen, RAB). Benefits
