As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: As a Cloud Designer, you are expected to be an expert member of the problem-solving/avoidance team and be highly skilled in solving technical customer issues. Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis, you will be expected to work with very limited guidance from management. + Identify cloud architecture solutions to meet customer needs + Create conceptual, logical and physical design for cloud-based solutions for infrastructure and platforms + Offer guidance in infrastructure migration techniques including but not limited to Oracle Database, Applications (EBS, PSFT, Hyperion), FMW etc. to OCI + Collaborate with other LOB, ACS teams, business development, solution engineering etc. during sales cycle to come up with optimal solution for customer requirements + Ability to assist and troubleshoot OCI issues related to Network, Compute, Storage & other OCI services Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Because of substantial customer interfacing, a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while consistently achieving the absolute highest levels of customer satisfaction. A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience of 3 years or more. Key Experience: + BS degree or equivalent experience + 3-6+ years experience in IT Service management + Project Management or Account Management + Basic understanding of Oracle's latest product technologies + Experience with AI/ML + Experience with business processes that include Financials, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Human Resource Management, Data Analytics etc. Any scripting/configuration experience highly desirable + Experience with Cloud technologies such as OCI, Azure, AWS etc. Cloud certifications highly desirable. + Experience with Database and database methodologies such as Database management, Load Balancing, Performance Tuning, SQL analysis etc. + Demonstrates good communication, customer management, customer engagement, and project management skills. + Ability to work primarily independently on small contracts. + Demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex problem solving and customer escalation management in compliance with company policies and processes Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only Hiring Range: from $33.65 to $67.93 per hour; from $70,000 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
