proficiency in performance marketing , and familiarity with various ad technologies and retail media solutions. Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills are essential. ResponsibilitiesRetail Media Strategy:
Develop and execute retail media strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on driving sales and visibility. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including media agencies, client teams, retailer partners, and ad tech providers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives. Create proposals and presentations for client solutions. Lead client meetings to understand needs and drive success. Campaign Management:
Oversee end-to-end execution of digital campaigns on DSPs. Optimize performance through data analysis and targeting adjustments. Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights. Monitor and adjust spending to meet campaign goals. Collaborate with creative teams on ad creatives. Support post-campaign analysis and recommendations. Optimization & Performance Monitoring:
Provide regular performance reports. Conduct A/B testing and experiment with strategies. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Monitor industry trends and competitors, recommending strategic adjustments. Industry Knowledge & Proficiency:
Familiarity with DSPs like Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP. Understanding of programmatic buying, RTB, and audience segmentation. Troubleshoot ad serving and tracking issues. Experience with retail media solutions (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart) and ad tech (AMC, Criteo, Citrus Ads, Skai). Stay updated on industry trends and develop competitive analyses. Qualifications
4-6 years managing programmatic spend across retail media platforms with proven results. Proficiency in performance marketing and online customer acquisition. Knowledge of SEM to complement programmatic efforts. Experience with retail media ad tech like Skai, Pacvue, Helium10, Analytic Index, Amazon Marketing Cloud. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with client-facing experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
