Overview
Participates in the development of documentation, user policies and procedures, and/or security procedures.
Plans, develops, and conducts in-person and virtual training sessions on such topics as hardware and software applications including related policies and procedures for faculty, staff, and students.
Maintains and troubleshoots computer and audio/visual equipment, devices and systems. Solves problems and resolves issues related to the use of interactive spaces. Collaborates with other personnel to improve virtual support presence, management of and access to computing and multimedia classroom resources.
Coordinates the introduction and installation of new multimedia and related computer resources and answers questions regarding their proper use. Determines the best equipment based on business needs. Conducts training seminars in various modalities.
The hourly range for this position is $32.79-$37.20. Working knowledge of networks and collaboration tools. Solid understanding of information technology concepts for voice and data systems, and ticket system for problem tracking and/or study in networking and/or computer information systems.
