Oversee the development and expansion of fine arts programs, ensuring a diverse, inclusive, and high-quality offering that aligns with the YMCA's mission and the community's needs.Capital Project Leadership:
Lead the planning and execution of capital projects related to the branch's expansion, including the design and construction of new facilities and studios. Work closely with architects, contractors, and YMCA leadership to bring the vision to fruition.Curriculum Design and Implementation:
Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for fine arts education, incorporating the latest in production technology, performance techniques, and artistic expression.Community Engagement and Partnerships:
Foster relationships with local artists, schools, and organizations to enhance program offerings, create collaborative opportunities, and increase community involvement in the arts.Fundraising and Grant Writing:
Lead fundraising efforts and grant writing initiatives to secure funding for program development, scholarships for participants, and capital projects. Cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors passionate about the arts.Staff Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of instructors, technicians, and administrative staff. Build a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the 4ALL Studios team.Program Evaluation and Reporting:
Establish metrics for success and evaluate program effectiveness. Provide regular reports to YMCA leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and achievements.MISSION

The yearly salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 and will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience.
