What You'll Do
Teach a Monday podcasting course to 11th and 12th graders in Kingsbridge, Bronx. The curriculum includes:
- Recording Basics: Microphone use, software setup, audio settings.
- Hands-On Practice: Students record episodes, practice scripts, use equipment.
- Basic Editing Skills: Use simple software (Audacity, GarageBand) to edit recordings.
- Adding Music and Effects: Enhance podcasts with background music and sound effects.
- Publishing and Sharing: Export files, share episodes, upload to platforms.
