Rochford seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team as well as supporting Marketing and other office functions as needed. This role provides critical support to our sales and marketing teams as well as customers and is a tremendous opportunity for motivated individuals that would like to be a core member of a team dedicated to helping people build and live a better life.Responsibilities Include:E-commerce Order Processing:
Manage order processing from platforms like Joanne, Amazon and Shopify.Assisting with order writing and processing.Assisting with purchase order (PO) processing.Assisting with the creation of new accounts as part of the order processing workflow.
Sales Invoicing and Reporting:
Oversee and execute order invoicing and end of day processes while driving continuous process improvement.Oversee daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting.
Sales Reporting and Metric Tracking:
Develop and generate sales reports for account and performance trackingUtilize in-house sales technologies including HubSpot, Shopify and other internal systems to improve sales reporting that drives sales performance.
Marketing Support
Provide creative and administrative support for Marketing Team initiatives as required.
Sales Support and Customer Communication:
Answer sales calls and process orders as required.Manage the general company e-mail inbox.Provide order and inventory tracking support.Assist with the development of training and sales materials as needed.
Sample Room Management:
Managing the sample room and materialsManaging the product sample process
Office Administration
Acting as the primary backup for AP/AR and related activities.Provide Supply Chain, HR and Marketing support as required.Other administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a highly collaborative team environment.
This role is a great opportunity to develop critical knowledge and skills that would allow for the promotion to increasing Sales, Marketing and other Administrative roles within the company.
