The Marketing Coordinator Manager Assistant is an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator Manager Assistant will work closely with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination of all marketing projects, as well as supporting the team to achieve key goals and objectives.Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media, email, and events.Conduct market research and provide insights that will inform marketing strategies and tactics.Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other materials.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.Maintain marketing databases, ensure data accuracy, and production of marketing reports.Assist with event planning and coordination, including invite lists, logistics, and collateral materials.Manage other administrative responsibilities, as needed.Qualifications and Skills:
Hard Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO/SEM.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.Soft Skills:

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Assistant or similar role.Preferred:
Experience in B2B marketing, technology, or similar industry.Experience in event planning and coordination.Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Work Environment:
