Marketing Manager
Pay: Based off experience $70,000-$75,000 Hours; Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm This position is on site in Saint Charles, Missouri Essential Duties
Lead and manage the marketing team, including graphic designers and web developers Develop, implement and oversee marketing strategies and branding initiatives aligned with company objectives Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across print, digital, and multimedia platforms Ensure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts through performance tracking and analytics Conduct and analyze market research to adapt strategies to evolving market conditions and competitive landscapes Oversee the development and presentation of marketing reports and insights into executive leadership Maintain a consistent corporate image across all branding materials, product lines, and marketing channels Create compelling written content, including newsletters, press releases, advertisements and editorial pieces Organize and manage trade show participation, including booth design, logistics and event marketing Perform other related duties and special projects as needed Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of a formal degree 5+ years of proven experience in marketing management or similar leadership role Strong background in brand development, digital marketing and campaign strategy
