Join to apply for the Advertising Strategy Specialist (On-Site) role at Educational Federal Credit Union This position serves as the lead marketing representative in the research, planning, and production of EdFed advertising content. Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Advertising and Communications, the incumbent will implement new strategies to maximize product awareness and promotional opportunities across all of EdFed’s advertising platforms. Responsibilities include: Identifying new advertising platforms for target geographies and communities, especially within the educational sector. Creating advertising copy and promotional content for print, radio, and digital platforms in line with marketing plans. Managing email campaigns, content scheduling, and collaboration on automated marketing content. Developing onboarding communications and promotional campaigns to enhance member engagement. Producing press releases, media kits, and managing promotional announcements. Overseeing content on EdFed’s digital platforms and internal communications regarding campaign performance. Preparing reports and presentations for senior management on marketing effectiveness and strategies. Maintaining knowledge of EdFed’s products, services, and compliance guidelines. Using platforms like Monday.com for workflow management and reporting. Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field. 3-5 years in financial services marketing preferred. Skills: HubSpot Certification or experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred. Advanced bilingual Spanish required. Employees must comply with all BSA policies and attend related training.
