The Challenge:
Saalt is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to plan, create and execute content to incite engagement with Saalt communities on all social platforms and to build partnerships with social media influencers.

What You'll Do:
Plan upcoming social media initiatives and strategies, including marketing campaigns, retail and product launchesCreate effective design solutions for social content to support brand and marketing campaignsPerform photo and video editing tasks as neededManage the scheduling and posting of all social content to relevant social media channels daily (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest, Tik Tok)Be on call to capture and/or publish real-time content from office or social eventsSupport cross-department collaboration on social media initiativesAttend and contribute to weekly Creative Team meetingsAttend and contribute to weekly Affiliate Team meetingsAttend and contribute to weekly Marketing Calendar Planning meetingsEnsure that all social media channels are optimized on a frequent basis and make suggestions for improvement on a quarterly basisGather User-Generated Content, UGC, for retargeting campaignsMaintain Saalt's high creative standardsWrite and design on-brand and be open to feedback from Creative TeamResearch and monitor both branded and industry relevant hashtagsMaintain and continuously improve system for reporting and analyzing social media initiatives and identify key trends and areas of improvementManage and maintain relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates, coordinating collaborations and partnerships with marketing campaigns, and new product launchesMaintain scheduled posting platforms and generate analytics tracking systems for social media insights, affiliate and influencer growth, revenue-driven results, and new customer acquisition outreach.Coordinate cross-brand or partnership content for giveaways, unpaid partnerships, and collaborationsMonitor influencer outreach and promo code promotion opportunities for organic sharesMaintain a list of affiliate partners, and scout new partnershipsAssist in managing affiliate incentives and commission programsManage and lead Saalt's Affiliate and Partnerships InternWhat You'll Need to Succeed:
Technical:
Bachelor's Degree preferred2-3 years of professional Social Media experienceStrong design aestheticCreative writing skillsHighly collaborativeTask managementOrganized with attention to detailProficiency with social media platforms, including: Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTubeProficiency with social media management and design platforms, including: Canva, Cupcut (or similar platforms), Sprout Social, Asana, Social Snowball, Affiliatly, and ShareasaleExperience in Adobe Creative Suite and social media design tools preferredSkills:
Highly creative with a sharp eye for details - You pour over art, graphic design, photography, and social trends for information and inspiration.Strong knowledge of design elements and principles - You understand the systems of graphic design in order to create work that is both aesthetically pleasing and effective.Big picture, little picture - You have a strategic vision in conjunction with tactical planning. Develop short- and long-term plans with defined goals, roles, priorities, and timelines.Project Management - Work ethic, responsiveness, and results orientation matter in every role at Saalt. With everyone driving hard to achieve the company's goals, it is critical to have strong project planning skills.Collaboration - You'll work with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan and execute social media strategies to support campaigns and launches.Communication - You are comfortable working with all business strategy managers throughout the creative process to meet campaign objectives and timelines.Disruptor - You are comfortable talking about menstruation and encourage others to begin the conversationCompetencies:

$40,000 - $55,000 annually
