Graphic Design Specialist Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid – 2+ days on-site, based on assignment). Duration: 12-month contract (possibility of extension). Position Overview: The Graphic Design Specialist will support branding and marketing initiatives across both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels. This position is responsible for creating high-impact print and digital assets that align with established brand guidelines. The role works collaboratively with internal teams, including the Creative Director, Design Manager, content strategists, and copywriters. Projects may range from small digital banners to large-scale event graphics. Flexibility, creativity, and comfort working in an evolving environment are essential. Key Responsibilities: Translate marketing and business objectives into visually compelling creative work. Design a variety of materials including digital graphics, presentations, print collateral, and event signage. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all projects. Present design concepts to team leads and business partners and incorporate feedback constructively. Manage a dynamic portfolio of projects with varying complexity and timelines. Stay current with design trends, brand identity standards, and digital best practices. Prepare final digital and print-ready files accurately and efficiently. Required Skills & Tools: Strong graphic design skills across both digital and print media. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Advanced proficiency in Canva. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. Excellent problem-solving and visual storytelling skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (required). Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience. A portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design is required. Work Environment: Location: White Plains, NY.
