As a
Senior Principal Packaging Designer , you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative packaging design solutions. You will work with Experience Design Group to deliver a balance of design excellence for Dell hardware products.You Will:Deliver the design in planning, researching, concept design, layout, and execution of packaging projects, considering brand and design guidelines
Work across and understand the impact on technical teams and /or vendors, as well as cost delivery
Collaborate with team members in addition to Industrial Designers, Packaging Engineers, and others to understand design requirements
Assess the dynamics of problems and establish a strategy or methodology to solve them
Have the ability to design packaging structures with solutions to guide engineers and vendors to deliver high-quality mass production

Essential Requirements
12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree, or 5+ years with a PhD or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required
Experience in image editing, rendering, visualization, and 2D drawing
Capable with office programs and presentations, and they should be able to create packing mockups
Proficiency in 3D rendering and computer-aided design (CAD) for structural design and presentation, as well as knowledge of packaging design, graphics, layout, materials, and production
