This Sr. Marketing Manager role on the Creator Marketing team will focus on workstreams that help to improve the experience of the larger Amazon creator network, including international marketing efforts to drive the development, localization and execution of global marketing strategies, and ownership of improvements across the WW Creators customer service program. The position will own key responsibilities and workstreams such as expansion of the Amazon influencer Program into new international markets, product marketing GTMs to ensure proper launches of new tools and enhancements worldwide, marketing education management for WW locales, and localization of content and assets across international Creator teams. When focusing on the complete creator experience, this position will own our ‘Voice of the Customer’ workstreams to drive improvements WW, including feedback loops and our Customer Service program, to ensure creators are receiving the best experience, the program is operating efficiently, and creator feedback is being addressed in team roadmaps.
With the support of a larger Customer Service org running the Creator CS operations, your expertise in Creators will define the WW set-up, process, and tools to enable high quality service and ensure top tier CS performance. This includes owning CS performance reporting & deep-dives, maintaining relevant and consistent issues taxonomy for WW, ensuring WW consistency and update of training materials, documentation, and standard operating procedures to be used by CS agents, and ensuring that tools used by CS agents are adapted to Creator-specific use cases.
You will lead the international marketing efforts for Creators, primarily responsible for International Marketing Strategy & Program Management, any expansions of the program into new locales, marketing educational management to drive adoption of our best practices and playbooks for high velocity events and other key moments of the year, and other workstreams such as content development & localization, and the planning of internal international marketing summits for team to learn and share best practices.
You will own the vision and framework for the marketing efforts, own and manage a dedicated budget, and develop new ideas and processes to drive improvement in the creator experience. As an Individual Contributor, you will work cross-functionally across our marketing team, international Creator marketing teams, the customer service team, and agency support, to develop and deliver transformative marketing strategies, driving our team goal forward of making Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for our commerce creators.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop international marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Amazon's Creators programs across markets. * Work with locale stakeholders as a thought partner, supporting the GTM of international expansion of the program * Collaborate across teams (product management teams, locales, marketing, design and localization agencies) to drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and enhancements related to the Creators program * Oversee the Localization SOPs for creation of compelling marketing content assets for international markets * Leverage analytics and data across both teams to inform and drive business decisions * Own relationship with central Customer Service team, and develop strategies that drive improvements in CS contacts * CS operations set-up and refinement in US and WW marketplaces, performance reporting on CS metrics, and influencing product and policy teams roadmaps in order to drive reduction in CS contacts
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches - Bachelor's degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans - Experience in influencer, affiliate marketing - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
