Overview

Farmers Insurance Dominguez Agency is seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. This role is essential for driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in retail sales, and the ability to analyze client needs effectively. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base.
• Administer sales processes, including documentation and follow-up on client inquiries.
