Position Overview:
Anthony Allport Wine is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This Michigan based role combines sales strategy, account management, and marketing execution to support our portfolio of exceptional wines. You'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base, promoting our brands, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
ALL Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, including restaurants, retailers, and distributors.
Identify new sales opportunities, pitch our wine portfolio, and secure new partnerships.
Achieve sales targets through strategic account planning and proactive outreach.
Conduct tastings, staff trainings, and educational events to promote our wines.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
Marketing Duties:
Plan and execute trade and consumer marketing campaigns to promote Anthony Allport Wine brands.
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand's values and aesthetic.
Organize and support events such as wine tastings, festivals, and industry gatherings.
Collaborate with the sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in wine sales, marketing, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of wine, particularly natural and organic wines, is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
