As a key member of the design team, you will shape the user experience for millions by crafting polished UI designs and prototypes for mobile, tablet, and web applications. Overview:
As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a multi-theme/brand design system. You will collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and the highest quality product launch. This position requires a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling designs and interactive prototypes, effectively communicating design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Own, update, and maintain the team’s multi-theme/brand design system within Figma.
- Deliver high-quality production designs while developing and maintaining efficient systems for managing static assets, videos, and translation processes.
- Provide implementation guidance to engineers, ensuring features launch at the highest quality.
- Proactively report progress on projects and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- A portfolio showcasing UI, interaction, and visual design skills (Portfolio Links must be included at the top of all resumes).
- Proven experience designing with Figma, specifically for mobile devices.
- Experience maintaining complex design systems in Figma.
- Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes, demonstrating user flows and interactions.
- Ability to learn independently and adapt to evolving design trends.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
- Experience with 3D design.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $91.83 to $102.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
