As a Sales Associate at Centre Music House, it’s your mission to assist in the daily operation of our music school and store. You will join a team of people who love music and love to help other people discover and develop their own musical passion. Above all, it’s your responsibility to create an experience for customers that is welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Responsibilities
- Sign students up for music lessons
- Rent, repair, and sell musical instruments
- Contribute to a smoothly running lesson operation
- Greet students and customers in-person and over the phone
- Research and generate online listings for new and used products
- Ensure inventory displays are fully stocked and accurately tagged
- Contribute to overall cleanliness, neatness, and safety of the facilities
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies
- Cashier duties such as completing purchases, returns, exchanges, and rentals
- Guide customers toward the best product or service solution based on their needs

Requirements
- 18+
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Year-round availability - No Seasonal Work
- Experience in a retail, customer service, and/or sales job
Job Types: 32 to 40 hours - NO SEASONAL WORK AVAILABLE
Pay: $20 per hour
