SEO Marketing Manager Job at Arizona Labor Force in Tempe
Under the direction of the Business Development Manager, the SEO Marketing Manager is entrusted with the task of leading the organization's digital strategy, growing brand presence, and driving new customer acquisitions. The SEO Marketing Manager will be responsible for SEO, digital marketing, and the creation of the company’s digital data strategy to increase the company’s digital footprint.
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to meet growth targets and expand market share that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage PPC Campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and reduce the cost-per-lead.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans based on market insights.
- Optimize and manage the Company web properties, ensuring technical SEO best practices are followed.
- Oversee lead generation efforts across digital platforms and work cross-functionally with the Sales team to meet the company’s overall goals.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth.
- Partner with external agencies to enhance the digital campaign efforts.
- Manage the company social media accounts and craft engaging content tailored to the staffing industry.
- Implement data-driven approaches to optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
- Lead initiatives such as video production and other brand campaigns.
- Write and publish promotional emails, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the staffing sector.
- Analyze market dynamics, including shifts in demand, emerging technologies, and legislative changes that may impact staffing services.
- Monitor and assess the strategies, strengths, and weaknesses of competitors in the staffing industry.
- Identify areas where the company can differentiate itself and gain a competitive advantage.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of proven experience in SEO and/or Marketing, within the staffing industry preferred.
- In-depth understanding of staffing services, including temporary staffing, permanent placement, and workforce solutions.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc).
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and basic HTML/CSS.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
