Job Description
We’re hiring aMarketing Specialistto lead our digital marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for running ads, engaging our social media audience, managing email campaigns, and driving traffic and conversions through Shopify.
Responsibilities Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to meet ROAS/ROI KPIs Schedule and publish Facebook and Instagram content (posts, reels, stories) to drive engagement and conversions Create and execute weekly email campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, etc.) Monitor and optimize Shopify traffic and marketing-related integrations Requirements Fluent inEnglish(written and spoken); able to communicate effectively in a U.S.-based team Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on performance marketing Familiar with content marketing strategies on Facebook and Instagram Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailerLite, Klaviyo) Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Self-driven, goal-oriented, and data-savvy Bonus Skills Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) Experience with influencer marketing or community building Seniority level
