What You'll Be Doing:

• Contribute to marketing programs, focusing on complex problems. Manage professional employees and be accountable for results within the team.
• Create marketing proposals with guidance from a senior manager.
• Manage and execute programs/initiatives, including online & offline marketing tactics. Collaborate closely with teams or vendors involved in marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing program/initiative/campaign budgets. Ensure plans are implemented and completed on time and within budget; adjust strategies as needed.
• Champion Arrow’s value proposition and brand to customers.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in various forms of writing, including articles, blogs, ad copies, and technical writing.
• Manage professional freelancers as needed.
• Accountable for the performance and results of a small team.
• Adapt departmental plans to address resource and operational challenges.
• Follow policies, procedures, and business plans; guidance from senior management.
• Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers.
• Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and recommend pay actions.
• Define team operating standards and ensure procedures are followed based on discipline knowledge.

Work Arrangement:

Fully remote; must be able to travel to an Arrow office as requested by leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$89,900.00 - $145,200.00

Actual offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills. The pay ratio between base pay and incentives will be finalized at offer.

US-TX-Texas (Remote Employees); may be required to visit the nearest Arrow office.
