About Our Client:
- A global leader in activewear and lifestyle apparel with a portfolio that includes both proprietary labels and licensed brands.
- Collaborates with major retailers and specialty shops across domestic and international markets.
- Houses an internal creative studio that supports e-commerce, brand marketing, and product packaging efforts.
Your Expertise:
- Solid track record (5+ years) managing content production in a fast-paced studio setting—ideally within apparel, retail, or consumer goods.
- Experienced in organizing and executing multiple shoots simultaneously, including stills, on-model imagery, video, and emerging AI-driven formats.
- Adept at coordinating diverse creative teams, building out production schedules, and ensuring assets align with brand and retail standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end studio production, from scheduling shoots and booking creative talent to overseeing the execution and delivery of final assets.
- Maintain and prioritize a constantly evolving production calendar across several brands and initiatives, often juggling multiple shoots at once.
- Collaborate closely with sample, styling, and merchandising teams to ensure all products and creative elements are prepped and accounted for before shoot day.
- Track and reconcile production costs, manage vendor payments, and report on studio expenditures by brand and campaign.
- Source and manage a mix of freelance and in-house talent, including photographers, stylists, models, and hair/makeup artists, ensuring the right people are in place for each shoot.
- Maintain documentation around talent usage and casting to ensure consistent brand representation across partners and seasons.
- Support innovation within the studio by exploring ways to incorporate AI-generated visuals and new technologies into the creative workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years producing content in a professional studio environment, supporting fashion, ecommerce, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
- Confident in managing budgets, timelines, and multiple creative priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable coordinating all aspects of a shoot, pre-production logistics, on-set execution, and post-production follow-up.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and can liaise effectively with internal teams and outside vendors.
- Must be fully onsite at the client’s East Los Angeles, CA, location and willing to transition to the new Beverly Hills office starting in January 2026.
