Your Expertise: Proven ability to lead the creation of high-impact social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook, with a strong eye for visual storytelling, layout, and brand consistency. Experience driving design initiatives within in-house teams, particularly in professional or regulated industries, with a deep understanding of B2B audiences and strategic brand application. Advanced proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and Canva; familiarity with Flourish or similar data visualization platforms is a plus. Your Responsibilities: Lead and produce the design content across key social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook. Design and maintain a library of branded social media templates, ensuring consistency in layout, style, and brand voice across all touchpoints. Create a variety of high-quality visual assets, including illustrations, infographics, iconography, motion graphics, and short-form videos to support multi-channel campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in social media, marketing, PR, web, and video to bring integrated campaign concepts to life. Uphold and evolve the firm’s brand identity, ensuring all social content aligns with brand and design guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. Bring senior-level design leadership, offering strategic guidance on digital content execution while remaining hands-on in crafting assets. Analyze content performance in partnership with the social media team, providing creative recommendations to enhance engagement and effectiveness. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with precision and maintaining the highest standards of visual quality, storytelling, and design excellence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, communications, or a related creative field. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience designing for social media, with a proven track record of creating content for professional or regulated industries such as legal, finance, healthcare, pharma, consulting, or other corporate B2B sectors, demonstrating a strong understanding of tone, audience, and brand alignment. Demonstrated leadership experience, you’ve led initiatives, owned projects, or mentored others, even without direct management responsibilities. A polished, diverse portfolio showcasing high-quality social content, strong typography, visual hierarchy, motion design, and storytelling across platforms. Proficiency in key design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and Canva. Knowledge of Flourish is a plus. Proficiency in email marketing software, digital asset management, and knowledge of UI/UX is required. Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing, with the ability to apply light animation to enhance social content. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
