YOUR DAY IN MANAGEMENT
While working as an Assistant Store Manager, your day begins with a strategic planning session, where you assess priorities and delegate tasks to the team. This retail management position works a flexible schedule based on business needs. Holidays and weekends may be required.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of retail experienceAbility to work independently as a problem solverValid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred)Must be able to lift 55 lbs regularly.
