Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for TB12 Nutrition, aligned with the company's overall brand vision and business goals.Lead brand development and positioning efforts to ensure a strong, cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels.Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, influencer marketing, and traditional media.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, eCommerce, and Operations to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI and drive business growth.Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.Establish and maintain relationships with key external partners, including agencies, media outlets, and influencers.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on CPG, supplements, or nutraceuticals.Experience with DTC, high growth, and disruptor brands is a plus.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Passion for health, fitness, and nutrition, with a commitment to innovation and excellence.Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.Commitment to getting better every day!
