Salary Range $60,000 + per year (based on experience)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Work with sales team to meet and /or exceed monthly sales goalsExcellent Team player within a target driven environmentIdentifies revenue opportunities through communication, programs, and other activitiesProspects, qualifies and generates salesRegular and prompt attendance per assigned scheduleRegular attendance at sales and/or company meetings when requested and involvement and interaction in the meetingsMust be willing and able to work Company shows on weekends when asked to do soKeep management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reportsWorks closely and provides support and information to Sales Management Team, Business Development and other departments as needed.Ability to build external business partner/customer relationshipsAbility to effectively collaborate across multifunctional teams.Responds timely and professionally to customer requests for information related to productsDemonstrates winning social customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and escalation of customer issues or concernsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Conduct online advocacy and open opportunity for cross-promotionsDevelop and expand community and/or influencer outreach effortsCreate and coordinate promotions and social ad campaignsCreate and curate content (photo, video and written) through various social platformsCreate Calendar to coordinate content and plan specific, timely campaignsDevelop relevant content topics to reach various social platforms while cultivating leads and directing sales opportunitiesAnalyze key metrics and adjust strategy as neededCompile KPI reporting for review with ManagementMaintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenariosRegular participation at marketing events/shows including the setup and breakdown of booth and promotional displaysPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Typically sits for extended periods at a desk and in front of a computer.Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift (up to 20 lbs.) for short periods of time.Repetitive movements - Data Entry hand movement on keyboard, phone call handlingWhile performing this job, an employee is regularly required to talk or hear.Occasional standing for extended periods of time at shows.Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess a Associate degree, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in event management, brand activation, and influencer partnerships, showcasing a track record of successful program management in a fast-paced setting.Possesses knowledge and experience with principles of traditional marketingDemonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (providing links to examples)Proficient in content marketing theory and applicationExperience sourcing and coordinating content development and publishingExhibits ability to jump from creative to analytical marketing and able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically soundPractices superior time managementAdobe Suite, Microsoft Office, PC/Mac, Photography and Videography equipmentBachelor's degree in marketing, arts, computer sciences or equivalent experienceA minimum of two years in a sales or marketing support rolePrevious aftermarket automotive experienceAbility to work in a fast paced and challenging environmentCommunication Skills essentialExcellent oral and written communicationsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailSelf-confident and able to negotiateAbility to maintain customer / partner relationshipsMust have valid driver license
