THE DAY-TO-DAY: Collaborate with Regional and Corporate Marketing leaders to develop and implement a consistent Casino Marketing strategy and operating model.
Drive a culture of proactive sales and exceptional service among Host teams to deepen customer loyalty.
Lead the development and delivery of Casino Marketing sales training in partnership with HR and Training teams.
Partner with IT and third-party vendors to support the design, implementation, and evolution of the CRM platform.
Gather feedback from property teams to enhance the Casino Marketing model and CRM capabilities.
Define KPIs and partner with Analytics teams to build dashboards and reports that measure performance.
Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor for all Host Marketing-related initiatives.
Coordinate hosted player movement and VIP event strategy across Regional and Las Vegas properties.
Manage and develop two Regional Casino Marketing Managers.
Monitor regional competitors to ensure MGM maintains strong market positioning.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
4+ years of relevant experience in a Director-level (or higher) Casino Marketing leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business transformation, building strong team culture, and delivering measurable results.
Experience implementing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms in a sales- and relationship-driven environment.
Demonstrated leadership and change management experience in a multi-property or divisional setting.
Deep understanding of key casino operations and marketing functions, including player development, Casino Marketing, and overall casino operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on statistical data to inform strategic decisions.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum - Maximum $141,800.00 - $236,400.00 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.This position is eligible to participate in the Company's equity plan.
