Position Information Position Title Position Title Associate Director - Library Services (Educational Resources) Job Type Job Type Full Time - 12 months Division Department Department Learning Technology and Library Services Job Location Position Summary Doane University invites applications for the Associate Director, Library Services (Educational Resources) position on our Crete Campus. This leadership role supports the strategic direction, daily operations, and advancement of library services to serve students, faculty, and staff. Reporting to the Director of Learning Technology and Library Services, this position is key to enhancing access to academic resources, integrating emerging technologies, and promoting information literacy across the institution.

FLSA Salary The pay is determined by experience and starts at $60,000 Minimum Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Library and Information Science ( MLIS ) or equivalent from an ALA -accredited program with: At least four (4) years of demonstrated leadership and management experience in an academic library setting. Two (2) years of experience leading an organization, unit, or initiative Knowledge of library technologies, systems, and emerging trends in academic libraries. Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in library services and programs. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, students, and administrators.
