The Associate Manager Social Media and Influencer Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing social media and influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our products. This role will work cross-functionally with brand, content, and digital teams to craft compelling social media campaigns that resonate with our audience, enhance our brand presence, and deliver best in class social media marketing. Additionally, this role will track social and digital trends and competitive benchmarking to help sharpen strategies.
Responsibilities Include: Partner with the Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and formats including videos, static posts, influencers, and content creators. Manage content calendars and build capabilities to increase speed and relevance of social media content to enable more authentic connections with consumers. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to optimize brand positioning. Track and analyze key performance metrics and online sentiment (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly. Monitor, pull, and evaluate organic and paid media performance on a weekly & monthly basis. Support Social Media Manager for ongoing projects and business priority needs that arise. Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to support brand marketing objectives. Manage review and approval of deliverables to ensure a timely campaign launch. Partner with community managers to deploy social media response matrix, driving direct engagement with followers to foster brand loyalty. Support the Social Media Manager and work closely with external and internal cross functional partners including brand managers, PR, eCommerce, sales teams, customer service, and agency teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing and influencer partnerships (CPG experience working client/ brand side or agency side preferred) Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, etc.). Deep immersion and understanding of the social media zeitgeist. Experience working with social platforms, influencers, content creators, and agencies. Excellent storytelling and impeccable written communication skills. Detail oriented and deadline driven. Creative mindset with an eye for design and engaging content. Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Are quick-thinking, creative, hands-on, organized, and a problem solver. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
The base pay range for this position is $84,648 to $118,507 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
