We are actively looking for our Online Programs Specialist, who will be charged with the task of managing, building, and continuously improving suite of productivity software products leveraging already existing solutions and ideas and also helping to develop new ideas based on contact with existing customers, prospects, as well as your own industry experience across North America, Europe, and Australia.
This position is a fast-paced, customer-focused productivity software experience delivery role. The path to success is to stay abreast of the latest productivity software trends, and enjoy working with multifunctional teams, including engineering, business teams, external partners as well as customers. A passion for modern design, glass architecture and the building material industry is not required, but a plus.
The Online Programs Specialist is responsible to drive interest in, engagement with and adoption of various CRL’s online productivity tools. The right candidate is obsessed with constantly looking for new innovative solutions to improve ease of use of Online Programs and drive their adoption by a broader market.
The program specialist will be part of a multi-functional team organized around the key channel needs of e-commerce, which includes external Software Development partners as well as internal Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Operations and Finance teams.
Key Areas of Focus and Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with external Smart Builder software development team, internal technology teams, Sales, Marketing teams and Customer Advisory Board on leveraging an existing productivity software suit with vision to make doing business with CRL easier, faster and best in class in glazing the industry.Identify opportunities, build product vision and understand market needs, roadmap and strategy.Work with external and internal IT teams as well as relevant business partners to produce world-class productivity software solution driven by technology possibilities, domain experts, and customer needs.Manage new online tools versions rollout, new features, enhancements, software bug fixes online program specifications, requirements, and release plansResearch customer and user needs, write user stories, partner with user experience team for rapid prototyping, and work with project team to develop marketable productsPartner with cross functional teams to ensure quality product output, timeliness, and market requirementsCoordinate activities of cross functional team, track and help to prioritize tool code rollout schedule, data updates and testing and training sessions.Maximize adoption and penetration of the Online Tool suite of tools among CRL, USH and OBE customers to streamline customers’ relevant business operation when conducting their glazier business.Monitor competition within the glazing industry and benchmarks similar tools from related industries to ensure leadership position and drive continuous improvements.Be the Company’s productivity software suite evangelistHere’s What We’re Looking For:
4-year degree; advanced degree a plusMinimum of 5 years’ experience in program managementExperience with the methodology of software developmentAffinity with Architecture and Building Materials industry.Special skills required:
