Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - Onsite - Boca Raton Company: HairClub Job Description: Description : MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 40% Campaign Execution & Optimization: Support the implementation of best practices for marketing campaign processes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including defining and documenting data architecture within Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and MobileConnect to meet marketing needs. Contribute to campaign scalability using Data Extensions, Attribute Groups, and AMPscript to develop communication strategies aligned with audience attributes, demographics, and behavior. 20% Requirements Intake: Gather essential information for campaign requirements from stakeholders, contributing to strategies for email, direct mail, SMS, outbound telemarketing, and digital advertising. 20% Alignment & Compliance: Ensure campaigns align with customer-centric strategies and utilize channel capabilities effectively. Collaborate with Creative, Digital Marketing, and Legal teams to develop compliant marketing collateral adhering to branding, regulatory, and company policies. 10% Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, and optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI and continuous improvement. 10% Marketing Support: Act as a liaison with technical stakeholders, such as IT and vendors, to resolve campaign challenges. Support additional marketing initiatives as needed. Expectations and Collaboration: Architect, design, and implement marketing automation solutions supporting multi-channel campaigns. Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio. Develop and execute email campaigns with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Create email templates and content blocks for campaigns. Design and optimize automation workflows in Automation Studio. Create journeys in Journey Builder with decision splits, emails, and exit points. Build cloud pages and lead forms for patient acquisition and paid media support. Manage data integrations, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Troubleshoot technical errors and misconfigurations. Evaluate campaign metrics and distribute performance reports. Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including development, administration, and configuration. Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification preferred. Proficient in HTML/CSS; JavaScript and Bootstrap a plus. Advanced SQL and data manipulation skills. Knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, API integrations. Experience with Mobile Studio and Web Studio preferred. Strong collaborative and communication skills.
