Are you an Experiential Graphic Designer with a passion for creating engaging, seamless brand experiences? If so, BCRA is looking for you. In this role, you’ll shape branded environments and support marketing initiatives, content creation, and internal communications. You’ll thrive at the intersection of environmental design, brand strategy, and digital storytelling, bringing a strategic mindset to both physical and online experiences.
- Create and implement experiential and environmental graphics that enhance brand presence in physical spaces.
- Develop content and marketing assets (including digital and print materials) that align with brand storytelling, engagement strategies, and audience interaction.
- Assist in crafting and curating content for social media platforms, ensuring messaging and visual identity remain consistent and engaging.
- Help shape internal brand communications, including presentations, marketing collateral, and other internal-facing materials.
- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to bring projects to life across multiple platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- Develop signage, wayfinding systems, and branded environments that enhance user experience.
- Design wall graphics and installations for education, healthcare, residential, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with fabricators and vendors to bring signage and graphic installations to life.
- Expand how brands connect with and engage audiences across both physical and digital environments, strengthening overall brand presence.
- 3+ years of experience in experiential/environmental design, with an understanding of branding, marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong abilities in brand storytelling with a focus on design.
- Understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- This is a full-time position located in our Tacoma office, with the option of a hybrid work schedule. Some regional travel is necessary.

- The pay range for this position is $63,750 – $86,250. New hires typically join in the lower end of this range and progress over time while demonstrating mastery of the position.
