Title- UX Researcher V
Location- San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Interview- Video (2 Rounds)
Pay rate- $70-75/hr on W2.
Position type- Contract
Position- 1
Key Responsibilities:
Drive development & timely delivery of research for key roadmap priorities.
Influence key features, products, or initiatives based on company priorities.
Conduct primary user research using various methodologies (usability studies, in-depth interviews, ethnography, surveys, diary studies, etc.).
Build strong relationships with Design, Product, and Business teams to drive impact.
Use storytelling techniques & workshops to communicate insights and drive action.
Contribute to the continuous growth of the UX Research practice.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education :
Master’s or PhD in Anthropology, Sociology, Cognitive/Experimental Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field.
5-7+ years of experience in applied UX research (8-10+ years without an advanced degree).
Key Skills & Expertise :
Proven impact on design and product decisions benefiting customers & business.
Deep understanding of UX Research fundamentals and advanced techniques.
Strong advocacy for UX Research best practices.
Expert in UX Research tools.
Experience with qualitative & quantitative research throughout product development in large-scale environments.
