GENERAL SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to effectively convey our ministry's message to our communities. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and audience engagement. ESSENTIAL TO THE POSITION
Must have received Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior and be in full agreement with the Bible Study Fellowship Statement of Faith, Human Sexuality Policy, Core Values and Cultural Commitments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy Support
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of marketing strategies to support ministry goals and audience engagement.
- Conduct research on market trends, target audiences, and industry best practices to inform marketing initiatives.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with Communications, Ministry Development, and Product teams.
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
- Assist in CRM management, including data entry, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Assist in creating presentations and documentation to track marketing activities and effectiveness.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Help manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track and compile campaign performance data, leveraging CRM and analytics tools to provide insights for optimization.
- Update and maintain website content related to campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Ensure all campaign activities align with ministry branding and messaging guidelines.
Product Marketing Support
- Assist in the development and rollout of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Conduct research on competitive offerings and audience preferences to support positioning efforts.
- Help create marketing content, product messaging, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure audience insights and trends are reflected in marketing efforts.
- Manage website updates related to product marketing, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage email marketing campaigns, and generate reports on audience engagement.
- Assist in tracking product marketing performance, compiling key metrics, and preparing reports for evaluation.

- This person needs to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have keen attention to detail. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, CRM reporting, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Advanced organization, time management, presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to interpret marketing data, track campaign performance, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
- Five years' experience in marketing and communications or related roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your writing and communication skills.
- Passion for staying ahead of marketing industry trends and driving innovation.
- Thorough understanding of the Christian faith and its doctrines and the BSF Statement of Faith.
- Follow Matthew 18 principles in addressing issues with fellow employees.
- Studying the Bible in preparation for each weekday's group meeting.
- Lead staff prayer time and your table group Bible study as reasonably requested.
- Prepare for and attend each Day of Prayer.
- This position is in-person, located in Grapevine, TX with frequent travel.
- All applicants must be able to work during the hours of 7:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 12:00pm Friday CST.
- Required to make periodic domestic and international trips via car or airplane requiring long periods of sitting and time changes.
- Modular office environment; sitting and standing for long periods of time; Travel for site visits and events as well as twice a year to staff events hosted at HQ.
