Overview
Local General Contractor has an immediate opening for a Bids & Marketing Coordinator. Ideal candidate should have knowledge in identification of contract opportunities, sourcing and screening contract opportunities for proper matches, preparation of bidding documents and forms,
reparation of Proposal Presentation Documents – Resumes, References, etc., and design and implementation of all technical bid requirements.
Also must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Access. The successful candidate should be very detail oriented and a self-starter, be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and think quickly with the ability to multi-task. This position requires organization skills and a person who is persistent and can think logically to solve a problem and work through a task from start to finish with dependability, dedication and professional attitude.
