About This Role The Alzheimer's Site of Care Marketing Lead will be a critical and visible leader within the US Alzheimer’s Franchise, responsible for developing and executing strategies to activate and expand sites of care, improve speed to therapy, and coordinate complex care pathways between neurology and other disciplines. This role involves establishing strategic direction through insights analysis to guide key decisions and lead a historic launch in Alzheimer’s Disease. Reporting to the Head of Alzheimer’s Disease Marketing, this position will focus on HCP and site of care experience initiatives, while also collaborating and leading projects that support the intersection of prescribing HCPs, care teams, patients, and families. What You’ll Do Lead strategies supporting site of care excellence, education, infrastructure, operations, and key care coordination solutions. Collaborate with alliance partners and internal leadership to prioritize critical marketing strategies that address bottlenecks and complex treatment processes across various sites, including large Integrated Health Systems and Ambulatory Infusion Centers. Manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners, such as third-party service providers, to develop and execute market strategies. Guide customer-facing teams in engaging sites of care to overcome treatment barriers. Manage complex projects, establishing vision and direction in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Create innovative strategic plans to lead product growth opportunities and achieve measurable results. Lead vendor and business partner assessments, including RFP decisions. Who You Are You have a strong track record in commercial marketing, are collaborative, perceptive, and a strategic problem solver with agility and innovative thinking. Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred 7+ years in biotech/pharma, with 4+ years in marketing Skilled in data analysis to inform customer strategies Thrives in a dynamic environment with quick impact Experience managing complex work streams and B2B relationships is a plus Self-motivated, effective independently and in teams Strong project and vendor management skills, including resource and fiscal management Preferred Skills Experience in Neurology, Oncology, Diagnostics, or Devices Account Management or Key Customer engagement experience Experience with alliance partners Product launch experience People management experience Additional Information The salary range is $161,000 to $222,000, determined through an analytical approach considering skills, experience, location, and internal equity. Employees are eligible for incentives including bonuses and stock options.
