Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports Marketing Directors by managing relationships with insurance carriers, coordinating market submissions, and ensuring efficient communication between carriers and internal teams. This role involves working closely with underwriters, agents, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth information and transaction flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit new and renewal large commercial accounts to insurance carriers, including online platform submissions.
- Prepare proposals from carrier quotes for producers and account executives.
- Monitor and ensure timely carrier responses.
- Maintain and organize electronic files and document carrier correspondence in AMS360 and ImageRight.
- Collaborate with agency personnel for accurate and timely risk information submissions.
- Share updates on contact changes, market trends, carrier appetite, and industry developments with relevant teams.
- Develop materials and promote carrier products and programs with the marketing director.
Desired Education, Skills, and Experience:
- College degree preferred.
- P&C license (FL 2-20) preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to self-manage with competing priorities.
- Knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight is a plus.
- Professional demeanor.
- Team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products.
