Someone who takes initiative, thinks outside the box, and is striving to make a difference.Director Of Sales And Marketing SummaryThe Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. The Director of Sales and Marketing will also provide leadership, direction, and management to the marketing and sales teams.Director of Sales and Marketing Duties and ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage, nurture, and grow the skill set and capability of reporting staffLead and motivate direct reports; provide coaching and mentorshipDevelop and execute the annual sales planSolicit input internally as well as externally to develop and manage execution of the annual marketing planCreate and manage the annual T&E budgetDevelop regional training programs for sales channel development including the Chemical Market and Hygienic Market ManagersAssist in the development of the operating plan on an annual basis, and as part of the overall company multi-year strategic planIdentify and cultivate new business opportunitiesWork with company management to review business and product expansion opportunities where they may present themselves through acquisitions, partnerships, or alliances with other companiesDirector Of Sales And Marketing Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesWell organized with an opportunistic approach to growing the businessSuperior leadership and people management skills; ability to lead, mentor, and motivate othersStrategic thinker with strong planning skills and decision-making capabilities that support business objectives and drive changeStrong communication and influencing skills, excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and strategic skillsIntimate knowledge of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical manufacturing processesDirector of Sales and Marketing Direct ReportsInside Sales Manager (includes Aftermarket sales and lab)Hygienic and Chemical Market ManagersInternational and Regional Sales ManagersMarketing ManagerDirector of Sales and Marketing Credentials and ExperienceBachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, business, or related discipline; MBA PreferredMust have a minimum of 15 years of increasing responsibility within sales management in a sanitary, fluid processing manufacturing companyStrong mechanical and fluid dynamic aptitude is requiredDirector of Sales and Marketing Special RequirementsTravel is expected (50%)Position is based in Londonderry, NH (headquarters)Admix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
